Celebrating 100 years of Applied Superconductivity at the EUCAS-ISEC-ICMC 2011 is a very special occasion. The Centennial Conference will be a large global event with an expected attendance of more than 1000 scientists. Therefore EUCAS-ISEC-ICMC 2011 is an excellent opportunity for your company or institution to present your products, services, techniques, know-how and latest innovations to a sophisticated audience sharply focused on the market and to exchange ideas and experiences.
For maximum exposure, the EUCAS-ISEC-ICMC 2011 exhibition will be located in the area where the conference Poster Sessions and Coffee Breaks will be held. This guarantees a constant flow of visitors to your booth throughout the exhibition days.
The exhibition will be opened with an exhibition reception in the evening of Monday September 19. The full exhibition days will be September 20, 21 and 22.
The number of booth (9 m2 each) is limited. We will operate on a first-come, first-served basis, but Platinum Sponsors will have priority.
It is possible to rent a double or triple booth (18 or 27m2).
All payments must be received in full before May 1, 2011. Partial payments will not be accepted.
Exhibition space allocation will be made on a first come, first served basis, until sold out. Platinum Sponsors will have priority. A tentative floor plan is available.
To select your preferred booth area, please refer to the tentative floor plan. Platinum Sponsors will have priority. Booth assignments will be made on May 18, 2011 by the conference organizers. Exhibitors wishing to avoid assignment of space adjacent to, or across from, particular companies should indicate so. Careful consideration will be given to such requests whenever possible.
The conference organizers reserve the right to adjust the floor plan.
