Visa Requirements

Conference participants should familiarize themselves with visa requirements well in advance of the conference. The EUCAS-ISEC-ICMC 2011 conference organizers encourage you to apply for visa as early as possible, at least 3 to 4 months prior to the conference.

If you need a personal letter of invitation to attend the Conference, please contact the conference secretary by email ( office@eucas2011.org, office@isec2011.org or office@icmc2011.org)
or send a fax (+31 53 489 1099 ) and provide the following information:

  • Full Name
  • Complete mailing address
  • Phone and fax number
  • Passport number, expiration date, country issued
  • Date of birth
  • Sex

Your letter will be faxed and mailed to you, so request it well in advance of when you expect to need it.

EUCAS-ISEC-ICMC 2011 conference organizers cannot intervene with Dutch Embassies abroad or the Ministry of Foreign Affairs on behalf of any participant.
